Shipping Policy

At Big'N Outdoors, we are committed to getting your gear to you quickly, securely, and accurately. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

📦 Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please note:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

• Certain items may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to specific states due to legal or regulatory reasons. If your order includes a restricted item, we’ll contact you directly.


🚚 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Options

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders.

Local Pickup is available at our Hartwell, GA location. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.


🕒 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


💲 Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Oversized or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges. These will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout.


📬 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Some items—especially restricted or high-value items—

may require a signature upon delivery.


⚠️ Delays, Damage, or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Big'N Outdoors is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges under any circumstance.


🕓 Preorders

We accept preorders on select items.

You’ll receive a confirmation at the time of order. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your preorder item has shipped.


🚫 Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt: The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid issues.


🚫 No Drop Shipping or Shipping Insurance


We ship directly from our own inventory and do not use third-party drop shippers. Shipping insurance is not offered at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

At Big'N Outdoors, we want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.


To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance items

• Used merchandise

• Gift cards

• Consumables (e.g., bait, fuel, food/ice)

• Firearms and ammunition


📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

Email us at support@shopbign.com or visit us in person at our Hartwell, GA store


If returning by mail:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct shipping charges from your final refund.


💵 RefundsRefunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference


Please allow 1–2 business days for processing once we receive your return.


🔁 Exchanges


We offer in-store exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant. If you prefer to return and purchase a different item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit once the original item is returned


⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@shopbign.com. We'll make it right.


📦 Oversized or Specialty Items

Some oversized or specialty items may be subject to restocking fees. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
